2010: Scrubs concludes
The at times zany, at times bittersweet sitcom from creator Bill Lawrence ended a run of nine seasons and 182 episodes. Following the growth of a group of medical residents at Sacred Heart hospital, Scrubs ran for seven years on NBC to mixed ratings before moving to ABC for two more seasons, the last of which partially rebooted the show around a new core cast. In 2006, the show won a Peabody Award for its 100th episode, “My Way Home.” -A.D.
