The Hamas-Israel war doesn’t seem to end; many lives have been lost, and many are hostages. Noa Argamani and her boyfriend were also among the hostages, and people were wondering if they were dead.
Noa Argamani is a young 25-year-old female who is half Chinese and half Israeli by ethnicity.
Her mother, Liora, is from Wuhan, China, and her father, Yaakov Argamani, is a native Israeli.
The Hamas abducted her from the Re’im music festival massacre on the 7th of October 2023, 5 days before her 25th birthday.
Right after Noa’s abduction, a video went viral on the internet where she was seen begging the kidnappers not to kill her.
It had been months since her abduction, and there was no news about her whereabouts, which led to many people believing that Noa Argamani was already dead.
Noa Argamani Is Not Dead: Update In Hamas Video Amidst Uproar For Release
The close ones and even strangers were praying endlessly, hoping that Noa Argamani and the other hostages were not dead.
Their prayer seemed to work, as there is a video circulating the internet where Noa Argamani tells the world she is alive and well.
The video was from Hamas itself, and there were two other hostages, both males, saying the same thing.
Meanwhile, there is still no certainty about when Noa Argamani and the other hostages will get out of the hostage.
The initial part of the video shows the hostages saying things many people suggest could be propaganda.
The Hamas could have made them say things forcefully by applying some pressure.
The videos surfacing have led to an uproar on various internet platforms as people are asking the government to take strong initiatives to free them.
Noa Argamani’s mother also firmly asks to see her daughter as soon as possible.
What is even more heartbreaking is that Noa Argamani’s mother, Liora, is battling cancer.
Liora says she wants to be with Noa Argamani on her last days before she dies.
Noa Argamani’s Family Appeals For Help Amidst Hamas Abduction
Liora Argamani, being a Chinese citizen, has also requested the Chinese embassy to help her find her daughter.
The Chinese media, along with various international news outlets, are widely covering Noa Argamani’s abduction.
Noa Argamani’s father, Yaakov, has also made some statements saying that he does not believe in using violence to free her daughter.
He adds, “They also have mothers who are crying. The same as it is for us.”
The world has a little hope after the video, which suggests that Noa Argamani and the other hostages are not dead.
Sadly, there is no update about her boyfriend, who was also with her.
The couple went to the ‘Supernova Sukkot Gathering music festival’ together.
Unfortunately, what they thought would be a fun event turned out to be a very scary and life-changing one.
Let’s hope Noa Argamani, along with all the other hostages, get their freedom soon and live a long life with their family.
