The news about making Jujutsu Kaisen into an anime was officially announced on November 25th, 2019. The manga’s creator, Gege Akutami, and the main cast also appeared at Jump Festa 2020 on December 22, 2019.

Introduction Of Yuji Itadori And Gojo
Yuji Itadori is the main character in the series Jujutsu Kaisen.
He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High School, where they learn about sorcery. His life takes a wild turn after eating a cursed finger belonging to a powerful cursed spirit named Ryomen Sukuna.
Now, Yuji, along with his classmates, has to deal with curses and fight them off. He’s got a deep reason for doing this. He wants to honor his grandfather’s legacy and help people, no matter what.
But there’s a problem. After he’s done eating all twenty fingers of that cursed spirit, he’s supposed to be executed. But he doesn’t want to be alone when that happens.
On the other hand, Satoru Gojo mentors Yuji Itadori and is a teacher to him.
Satoru Gojo initially made his appearance in another short series by Akutami titled Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, where he taught a boy named Yuta Okkotsu at Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School.
Later, this short series became a prequel to Jujutsu Kaisen, known as Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
In Jujutsu Kaisen, Yuji is dealing with a similar curse problem as Yuta, so Gojo helps him get stronger while also protecting other characters in the story.
Additionally, Gojo is one of the most powerful characters in the whole series and has a signature blindfold, which many fans have felt similar to Naruto’s Kakashi’s mask.

However, for now, Yuji isn’t strong enough to defeat Gojo on his own.
Yuji is definitely a very powerful sorcerer and a big reason for that is his incredible physical strength. Although we don’t know exactly why he’s so strong, it’s clear that it gives him a significant advantage in battles.
